I've actually had my hair, purple, burgundy, and several shades of brown and blond.... I stay safe these days....*L* Normal color, with highlights.... I did bright pink highlights about 2 years ago...when my hair was pretty short.... it wasn't my favorite....

I am so excited....:) My knitting is finally coming together.... after several stops and unraveling and yelling, I decided I would do a granny square quilt.... the first yarn I picked for this project, is called Fall Splendor.... it looks really pretty.... until I started knitting it.... now it looks like someone lost their lunch on my knitting needles.... I am really hoping that after I finish the squares in this color, and add them to the others that I bought to complement, it will look much better... I'll take a picture later to show ya... it's frightening I tell ya!:)
On the agenda today: Brad is sleeping(he stayed up after getting home, to have coffee with me (I had tea (lipton's green tea, orange, passionfruit & jasmine, I AM IN LOVE! This is so good!) and then he had a few minutes with the princess...:)
But after he gets up we are going to run to cash way and see if I can get my new jars through them... I hope so... I really hope so.... save me on shipping! Woohoo! I need to do some cleaning, and pour candles for orders due by Monday/Tuesday. And that's about it...
I got in a few things yesterday that I needed for inspirational lights.... my new bags for local orders.... I am so freaking excited about them.... I can't even begin to tell ya... and boxes for the little delights.... they will be packaged in sets of 6 (same scent)... so I am excited about those changes.... plus the new jars.... I already decided to get them no matter where I have to do it through.... I also am experimenting with a new type of mold for the little delights.... if it works, I am gonna be freaking thrilled.... make my life easier!:)
Anyway... let's see... we got the new laptop on Sunday... been trying to get used to it.... I am still working on transferring stuff over... it's slightly different, so I am trying to get it to respond to me in psp...
Okay.... well my daughter is on a growth spurt and has been eating constantly lately, and she's at me again for another miracle whip sandwich... (i've been putting her off for a few minutes...;) Big meanie that I am)

There hasn't been much to report, we are all trying to get used to this new routine... I survived sleeping without him for the last two evenings.... I bawled almost all night the first night... I haven't had to do that in a few years.... when we first married he had a job like that... and then shortly after the munchkin princess was born, he worked a night job....

Brad is almost done with work... he starts his new job on Sunday night... It's gonna be hard being here overnight without him again...
My daughter is being a major pain... and a giant nasty butt so I have to go....
It's been a LONG yet short week! I dunno how that works....*L* It was too short, I wasn't ready for B to go back to work.... but it sure seemed like we running all over... and it was just ARGH....
Our time is never our own... everyone needs/wants something from us. ALWAYS.
Anyway, here's the highlights(the short version)
The first part of the week was wild... but we got through it... Friday we went to Kansas to see B's family, and I decided we were going to the Amish village... got some cool stuff... a new purse,(I'll take a pic later) a lamp, and a groovy chime....
But that's the shortened version... OH! And guess what... we were all starving... so we went to the resturant... and... this is a biggie for me... I WENT IN TO EAT. And I wasn't too paranoid... and I didn't hyperventilate!I was so proud of myself... I haven't eaten in a resturant in like 2 years... Plus, I drove through McDonalds for breakfast one day for us... I hate drive thrus! I have avoided them since I got my license! But I did it... and I drove all the way to B's folks in kansas...
So it was a good week...*LOL*
Okay, got things to do... seems like the list is never ending, and now that Mr. B is back to work after his vacation, I need to get things back to normal around here...:)

Brad finally got another job!!;P
It's not our dream job, but it allows us to eliminate a part time job and we'll be making the same amount of money a month as we are now, which is a complete God send, and answer to prayer! He'll be working nights, but he won't leave until a couple of hours after Aly goes to bed, and he'll be able to have breakfast with us before going to bed. PLus this will help with his schooling scheduling (which he'll be done in a couple of semesters, and then we'll be able to look at a different job in line with his schooling...
Anyway, I am just excited... especially since his two weeks starts today, and he has all of next week off for his vacation... so we'll be out of that hell hole soon!
