Need Prayers....

First: For the family of a family friend who passed away a day or so ago from massive heart failure. she was a sweet woman who will be missed.

Second: Selfish prayers for me... I am going to the dr in the morning for things I have put off for a long time because I am scared... and the only reason I am going now is I'm really really worried about things that have been happening...
